The Information We Collect
When you use a quote or contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you need and any message you add. If you call us or message us on WhatsApp (including through the WhatsApp button on this site), we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us.
How We Use It & Why
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a roof inspection and prepare your quote. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To keep a record of the work we quote for and carry out. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running the business and meeting our legal obligations.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Who We Share It With
- Digital Five, our website provider, delivers form submissions to us using the Postmark email service and keeps an archive copy of each enquiry so that none is lost. Access to that archive is restricted.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and protects the forms from spam with Cloudflare Turnstile.
- We may share details with our accountants or professional advisers, or where the law requires us to.
- We do not sell your information or pass it to list brokers or marketing companies.
How Long We Keep It
We keep the personal data needed for the work while a contract is in place and for seven years after it ends, to meet our legal obligations. After that, any personal data we no longer need is deleted.
Cookies & Third-Party Content
A cookie banner, provided by Digital Five, asks for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set, and records your choice. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link on the site. The banner lists these services, all strictly necessary:

Our customer reviews and rating are shown by TrustIndex. They load from TrustIndex's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details to deliver them; TrustIndex does not set cookies on this website. Checkatrade's servers may set a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm) to block bots.
We do not use analytics, Google Tag Manager, call tracking or advertising pixels on this website.
WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which handles your messages under its own privacy policy.
Your Rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to ask for it to be transferred to someone else, and to withdraw your consent to cookies at any time.
